Retreat Details

We've put together an epic journey to aid you in healing from trauma and strengthen your commitment for living a truly WHOLEHEARTED life. The focus will be on connection: Connection To God, Connection To Self, and Connection To Others (Matthew 22: 37-39). These 3 forms of connection will be discussed but more importantly experienced. We've lined up several amazing experiential activities to target your heart and expose the obstacles that are getting in your way (even if that is your own self). These experiences are symbolic, immersive, exhilarating, and potentially life-changing; all while tapping more deeply into your own femininity and identity as a woman. You won't find anything quite like this anywhere else (for better or worse, haha). Join us.

What to Expect

  • This is a Women's Retreat. You're going to connect with the greatest group of women, all who will love and support you in your vulnerability; because you'll find you're actually not the only one. There's a good chance you'll come away with some best friends (It wouldn't be the first time). FAQ, the 3 men on the team sleep in a separate facility and are hyper aware of the need for sensitivity and creating a sacred space for all the women attending. If you don't believe us, view the feedback we were given when we asked "How did having men guide the event impact your experience?"
  • This is a Healing + Empowerment Retreat, meaning part of our focus will be on healing wounds from trauma AND strengthening the core of who you are as a woman.
  • This is a Christian Retreat. We gon' be talkin' bout Jesus. For real though, he's our brother, Savior and friend. Who better to include in our journey towards Joy, Peace, Power, Freedom, and Love? Bob Ross? *Utah Misnomer: this is not and LDS retreat. While some in attendance may be LDS (actively or formerly), this is a non denominational Christian retreat for any and all in their faith journey.
  • This is a Targeted Retreat. The majority of the time will be spent in activities focused on our hearts; healing, growing, strengthening. We have a road map to follow and we'll guide you through.
  • This is a Challenging Retreat...We Promise! There will be plenty of things you will never have done in your life. And many of those things will be difficult and very different. You have to commit to get the most out of it and you will leave exhausted on every front (emotionally, physically, mentally + spiritually).
  • This is a fairly Physical Retreat. We will be doing some activities that will require a certain level of physical fitness. If you can hike up to 5 miles in 1 day, you will be able to participate without any issues. If you are concerned about whether or not you'll be able to do it, reach out to Chase (contact info in footer) and he'll explain some of the activities to help you determine if this is the right event for you.
  • This is a Deep Retreat. You will have opportunities to connect emotionally with other women as well as time for personal reflection. This is likely one of the BEST parts of what will happen; having a space and time designated for connection.
  • Housing Is Included. We have a mega gorgeous mansion house rented and you'll have a bed of your own to sleep on. It will be bunk style though so don't plan on having your own room. In order to find a home large enough to house everyone, we will have couple of you sleeping on pull-out-couches. We'll send out more info with arrangements as the retreat approaches. The house seriously is amazing (pool, hot tub, arcades, gym, etc.).
  • All meals are included. You're going to be pampered by the delicious food made in house. We will break at appropriate times for meals and maybe a midnight cereal bar, No joke 😂. There is no shortage of delicious meals. Let us know if you have any allergies after you get your pass. we do our best with accommodations. We'll also have snacks and drinks available during activities.
  • Transportation during the event is included. We have large passenger vans to get us to and from any outdoor locations. You just have to figure out how to get to the house for check-in, we'll chauffeur from there!
  • Airport Shuttle to and from the event is a new service we're offering. We'll pick you up from the Las Vegas' Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) in one of our passenger vans. *Because we will have multiple passengers to pick up and specific event start and end times to consider, we can only accommodate you if your flight times align with our shuttle times. Please coordinate with us before making a flight purchase if you are interested in this service. Learn More Here

Packlist

Be Sure To Bring:

  • Comfortable Hiking Shoes / boots
  • Outdoor Clothing: Bring clothes you don't mind getting wet or dirty while doing our activities.
  • Layered Clothing for outdoor activities. This looks like warm Jackets, gloves, beanie for potentially cold weather; having an extra jacket or pants are great to be able to quickly adjust when it feels too cold or too hot. This is the desert in spring so the temperatures shift quickly and in a huge range from cold to hot.
  • Headlamp to be able to see your way in the dark for night activities. Headlamps are better than flashlights for our activities.
  • Swimwear: whatever you are comfortable using for an outdoor activity + time to lounge by the pool.
  • Towel: Something that you don’t mind getting dirty (since we cannot use the house towels outdoors).
  • Personal hygiene + Sunscreen
  • Daypack/Backpack: something big enough to carry water, a journal, and small supplies during our hikes. (we'll have a drawstring bag for you if you'd like to use that).
  • Water Bottle / Canteen / Camelbak (we'll have disposable bottles as backups)
  • If needed: Hiker's Poles: if you have any concern about balance during hikes.

House Rules

  • A signed contract is required to be filled along with Emergency Contact info BEFORE attending the event. You will not be permitted without the signed contract.
  • Unplug from electronic devices unless they are absolutely needed.
  • Let your families and loved ones know that you will not be checking your messages often, if there is an emergency they can also reach out to (435) 535-1203.
  • Be respectful of those around you as well as your environment.
  • Be on time: check in and be to the locations / coordinates you're given on time.

A Heads Up

We will have photography / videography at the retreat to help us document this incredible experience. We are always thoughtful and discrete to not disrupt the process. A signed release form will be required by all who attend. No recording of you will be made public without your ability to review and give us express permission beforehand = If you say, "no", it don't go.
