“Radiant” + “Dawn”

As the conference approaches, we wanted to highlight a couple of important definitions related to the energy and intent of this conference. While all of us may already know and use these words, there might be something new or subtle to learn about them and the meaning they hold. What stands out to you?

 

RADIANT: 
+ sending out light; shining or glowing brightly.
+ (of heat) transmitted by radiation, rather than conduction or convection.
+ a point or object from which light or heat radiates, especially a heating element.

Synonyms:

shining, bright, illuminated, lit, lighted, brilliant, gleaming, glowing, ablaze, luminous, luminescent, lustrous, incandescent 


DAWN: 
+ the first appearance of light in the sky before sunrise. 
+ the beginning of a phenomenon or period of time, especially one considered favorable. 
+ begin 
+ come into existence. 
+ become evident to the mind; be perceived or understood.
